Delivery Information

Once you’ve purchased an item from the online shop, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Most items will be in stock and dispatched within 3 days. Other items will be made to order so processing times may vary and could take up to 5 weeks, but if so I will contact you with estimated completion time.

Postage and packing costs £5.95 per order.

For International Deliveries, please contact me for shipping quotes. Any import taxes, custom charges and duties for your country must be paid by the customer.

Returns Information

If you are not happy with your pottery or it’s cracked or broken on arrival please contact me for a replacement or a full refund. You have 28 days to return. Personalised items are non-refundable.
